Our Kindergarten through fifth grade environment, UpTown, is available during the 10am and 11:30am services. UpTown exists to help children discover and embrace a growing relationship with Jesus. UpTown provides two engaging environments for kids.
Kids gather in Large Group to experience worship through high-energy songs and listen to storytellers reenact Biblical stories or truths.
Large Group is followed by Small Group, where the kids can talk about what they just experienced with their same age peers. Kids in small group are cared for by a dedicated small group leader. Small Group activities include a variety of games and experiences meant to promote: discussion and life application of the lesson, development of faith skills, and most importantly build relationships among the leader and friends in the group.
Everything we do in UpTown will somehow connect to one of more of the 3 Basic Truths which Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52:
1. I need to make the wise choice
2. I can trust God no matter what.
3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

The curriculum we use is called 252Kids.
*All children need to be registered by an adult in our child check-in area prior to being dropped off in the UpTown room. During the sign in process you will receive two security badges, one for the parent and one for the child. This badge must be visible in order to enter the pickup area.
